These terms govern your use of www.londonfashionrecruit.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

The site is operated by London Fashion Recruitment, a company registered in England and Wales under number 11058780, with its registered office at 3rd Floor, 207 Regent Street, London, W1B 3HH. We trade as London Fashion Recruitment Agency.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The version published here is the one that applies to your use of the site today, so it is worth checking back.

IIWhat we do, and what we do not

We act as an employment agency within the meaning of the Employment Agencies Act 1973, introducing candidates to employers for permanent engagement. We operate in accordance with the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003.

• We do not charge candidates. Registering with us, applying for a role, and being introduced to an employer are free. Our fees are paid by employers.
• We do not guarantee placement. Registering does not entitle you to an introduction, an interview, or an offer. Hiring decisions rest with the employer.
• We are not your employer. Any contract of employment is between you and the employer.
• Vetting has limits. Our four-part standard is a good-faith review of governance, supply chain, certification and annual standing, carried out on the information available to us. It is not an audit, a guarantee of an employer's conduct, or a warranty of any certification's continued validity.

IIIUsing the site

You may use the site for your own personal or internal business purposes — searching roles, registering, and contacting us. You may not:

• Scrape, harvest or systematically extract listings, contact details or other content, whether by automated means or otherwise.
• Republish, sell or commercially exploit any part of the site.
• Introduce malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or interfere with the site's operation.
• Use the site to send unsolicited commercial communications, or to advertise recruitment services.
• Impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your association with any organisation.

We may suspend or withdraw access to the site, or remove a registration, where these terms are broken.

IVRegistration and member accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity carried out under your account. Tell us straight away at [email protected] if you think someone else has access to it.

We may close an account that has been inactive for an extended period, or where we reasonably believe it is being misused. You can ask us to close your account at any time.

VWhat you send us

When you submit a CV, portfolio, application or enquiry, you confirm that:

• The information is accurate, current, and not misleading.
• You are entitled to work in the United Kingdom, or will tell us if your position changes.
• You own the material you send, or have permission to send it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or breach a confidentiality obligation.
• You have the agreement of any referee whose details you give us.

You keep ownership of everything you send. You grant us a licence to hold it and to share it with prospective employers in the way described in our Privacy Policy — which, for any specific introduction, means only with your agreement.

Deliberately false information in an application may result in removal from the register.

VIIf you list a role with us

Listing a role is subject to your organisation passing our standard and to separate terms of business, which we will agree with you before any introduction is made. Those terms govern fees, rebates and liability, and take precedence over this page where they differ.

You confirm that any role you list is genuine, that the details you give us are accurate, and that you will treat candidate information in line with data protection law and use it only to assess candidates for that role.

VIIIntellectual property

The design, text, graphics, illustrations and arrangement of this site belong to us or our licensors, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. The London Fashion Recruitment Agency name and logo are our trade marks.

You may view, download and print pages for your own reference. You may not use any part of the site for commercial purposes without our written permission, and you may not remove copyright or ownership notices.

VIIILinks to other sites

Where we link to another organisation's website, it is for information only. We do not control those sites, we do not endorse them, and we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

IXAvailability and liability

We work to keep the site available and its content accurate, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of it without notice.

Content on the site — including role listings, salary ranges and editorial pieces — is provided for general information. It is not professional advice, and you should not rely on it alone when making a career or hiring decision.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, and where you use the site as a business, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, business interruption, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. If you use the site as a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

XGoverning law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
